                                                                                  E- SAFETY RULES AND POLICY

        While using the internet, smart boards, computers, laptops and mobile phones with e-safety activities, we aim to protect students, parents and teachers. Our policy has been prepared for administrators, teachers, parents, all staff and students, and is valid for internet access and use of information communication devices.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Using technology safely and responsibly.
• In case of damage, to observe the danger and convey it to the relevant units.
• Contributing to the development of e-safety policies.
• Taking responsibility for professional development in the positive learning phase. 

SHARING OF IMAGES AND VIDEOS   

• All shared photos and videos are shared with the permission and approval of the school administration in accordance with the school policy.
• Parents' permission is taken for all student-related posts.
• Photographs are not taken and used without the permission of the student as well as the permission of the parents. 

SAFE USE OF THE INTERNET AND INFORMATION DEVICES

• E-safety and cyberbullying issues are included in the annual plans of certain courses, and information on these subjects continues to be conveyed to students throughout the year. February 6, safe internet day is celebrated in our school. 
• Online materials are an important part of teaching and learning and are actively used in the curriculum.
• All our employees, parents and students have been informed about the use of effective and efficient online materials.

E-SAFETY TRAINING  

        Students who use technology positively will be rewarded. Guidance teachers apply peer education in order to improve online security in line with the needs of our students. February 6, safe internet day is celebrated in our school. For this day, we have board studies and social media posts in school corridors and classrooms.  

ONLINE EVENTS AND PROTECTION

• All members of our school will be informed about online risks. Training will be done and the contents will be announced.
• In case of negativities, the school is responsible for taking the necessary actions.
• All members of our school are instructed to comply with official school rules to avoid privacy and security concerns.
• February 6th is celebrated as safe internet day.
